Create Balance Psychotherapy and Counselling is a team of compassionate and dedicated professionals who understand the profound impact that trauma, anxiety, depression, addictions, relationship issues, and ADHD can have on individuals and their loved ones. Our counsellors and therapists are registered social workers with The Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). They are also full members of the EMDR Association of Australia. Create Balance also supports plan-managed and self-managed participants in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
